We are excited to announce the Annual Pin Up Show + Sale at ArtsXchange, and we are inviting all of our talented members to submit their artwork for this highly anticipated event!

2026 PIN UP SHOW & SALE EVENT

THEME:
Pin Up Art – Artists must be able to hang/display their artwork using no more than 4 push pins.

PARTICIPATING ARTIST REQUIREMENTS:
All participating artists must be current ArtsXchange members (at any level) or become members of ArtsXchange to submit work in the 2025 Pin-up Show + Sale.
Applicants must be 18 or older.
Artists are responsible for collecting payment from purchasers.
Artists keep 100% of their sales.
Artists are responsible for providing wrapping/packaging materials to purchasers as needed.
Admitted artists must be present or have a representative present for the full duration of the Pin Up Show.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:
All artwork mediums accepted.
Artwork must be priced at $500 or less.
Each participating artist can display artwork within a 3ft - 6ft wide wall space.
Artwork cannot exceed 24 x 24 x 4 inches (including any mats, frames, or borders).
Each artwork must be able to be hung with no more than 4 standard push pins.
Artists can display as many pieces at a time that will fit in their marked off space.
Artist names must be printed on the front or back of each work. In case of sale or other change, artists may display another artwork according to the same requirements in the same location.
Accepted Artists will print, fill out and submit a physical copy of their Pin-Up Show Registration/Release Form at drop-off.

Display spaces are available on a first come first pick bases. Please arrive early.
Artists will print, fill out and submit a physical copy of their Pin-Up Show Registration/Release Form at drop-off.
2026 ArtsXchange Pin Up Show + Sale

Pin Up Show + Sale exhibit is free and open to the public!
Admitted artists must be present or have a representative present for the full duration of the Pin Up Show.
Artwork Pick Up:
Sat, January 17, 2026 | 7PM - 8PM
Artists are responsible for picking up all of their unsold artwork at the end of the event. Artwork must be picked up. Artwork left after pick up time will be considered abandoned and will be destroyed.
REGISTRATION / RELEASE FORM
Accepted Artists will print, fill out and submit a physical copy of their Pin-Up Show Registration/Release Form at drop-off. This signed form releases ArtsXchange from claims of any loss or damage. Artists’ assumes full liability for their artwork. ArtsXchange has no responsibility or liability for art sales or removal.
COPYRIGHT
By submitting artwork, the Artist guarantees copyright ownership is that of the Artist and grants the ArtsXchange the right to use accepted work for publicity purposes; the Artist will retain copyright of their artwork.
SALES
The artist is responsible for collecting payment from collectors. Artists are responsible for providing wrapping/packaging materials to purchasers as needed.
