FALL FESTIVAL | 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. | Free and Open to All

The Fall Festival will include tours of the garden, children's art activities, a canning and preserving workshop, food and drinks by the Champion Gardeners Youth Entrepreneurs, and an "early bird" sale on garden beds for you to grow your own food! (Also, lookout for gardening and nutrition classes this spring.)

$55 per bed for your first year (Regular price is $60)

$30 per bed each year following

Includes:

• 2 ft. x 2 ft. garden bed
• Compost
• Irrigation

SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITES:

10-10:30a.m. • Garden tour & announcement of plot sales

10-11:15 a.m. • Afro Caribbean dance class in the Robeson Theater

10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. • Canning & preserving class with Chef Zu in the Ebon Dooley Studio. He will prepare a batch of pickles onsite and provide pre-made pickles for attendees to take home.

11 a.m.-12 p.m. • Artmaking Inspired by the Garden with Lisa Tuttle

12-1p.m. • Creative writing inspired by nature with Theresa Davis

12-2 p.m. • Volunteer in the garden with Ms. Charlie

1-2 p.m. • Second garden tour & announcement of plot sales
