The world has been pushed to the brink of irrevocable damage that only swift and drastic action can avert. Burning fossil fuels, deforestation, and industrial processes have significantly increased the amount of greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere, trapping heat and warming the planet. This human activity is considered by many scientists and researchers as the primary cause of modern-day climate change.
Artists in this exhibition have an opportunity to raise awareness about this crisis, advocate for policy reform, and empower and inspire viewers to take action in their own way.
