2025 Pin Up Show + Sale - Details & Application


We are excited to announce the 2nd Annual Pin Up Show + Sale at ArtsXchange, and we are inviting all of our talented members to submit their artwork for this highly anticipated event!

 

Submission Deadline:
January 17th, 2025
Applications open until spaces are filled. Limited spaces available!

Theme:
Pin Up Art – Artists must be able to hang/display their artwork using no more than 4 push pins. 

Application Requirements: 
  • Applicants must be current Artsxchange Member.
  • Applicants must be 18 or older.
  • All artwork mediums accepted.
  • Artists can display as many pieces at a time that will fit in their marked off space.
  • Each participating artist can display artwork within in a 3ft - 6ft wide wall space.
  • Artwork cannot exceed 24 x 24 x 4 inches (including any mats, frames, or borders).
  • Artwork must be priced at $500 or less.
  • Each artwork must be able to be hung with no more than 4 standard push pins.
  • Artist names must be printed on the front or back of each work. In case of sale or other change, artists may display another artwork according to the same requirements in the same location.

Important Dates/Times

Drop-off/ Pin Up time for artwork
Display spaces are available on a first come first pick bases. Please arrive early.

4PM - 5PM
Members exclusive viewing
All members are invited for wine + cheese , a VIP viewing + first chance to purchase original local art.

Opening Reception
Pin Up Show + Sale exhibit is free and open to the public!

Pick-up/Un Pin time for artwork
Artist take any of their unsold work home.

 

Release Form
Artist will fill out the Pin-Up Release Form during the art drop off time. This signed form releases ArtsXchange from claims of any loss or damage. Artists’ assumes full liability for their artwork.

Sales
The artist is responsible for collecting payment from collectors. The ArtsXchange will provide wrapping/packaging materials to purchasers as needed.

Pick up of unsold artwork
Artwork must be picked up following the end of the event by 9 PM on Jan. 18th. Any unclaimed work left in the gallery after Saturday, January 18th can/will be discarded.

  • OPTIONAL - Image(s) of Artwork - JPEGs
    • File name format-
      • First Name_Last Name_Name of Artwork​​​​
    • Form allows for submission of 5 art pieces.

Application Form

Applicants must be current ArtsXchange Member. If you are not a current ArtsXchange Member will not be able to submit this application. Memberships will be verified.


Each participating artist can display artwork that fits within in a 3ft - 6ft wide wall space
